| Description: | Our client is seeking a permanent employee to add to this CRNA-only group in Northeast Pennsylvania. The group covers an ambulatory surgery center running 4 ORs each day. This is a healthy work environment where surgeons are respectful, the staff is very supportive, and the model is proficient.
Other details on this position are as follows: • The caseload includes orthopedics, ENT, healthy pediatrics, urology, plastics, pain, Gyn, dental. • Independent work environment: the model at this facility does not involve anesthesiologists. • Benefits include paid medical, life, and disability insurance, along with CME allowance and 401K contribution. • Salary and performance bonuses are based on experience and negotiated with the client directly.
